Hey everyone this week I buy my walking cane and hearing aids as I turn 20!
We had a baptism this last week! Pamela, one of the most popular girls here in this tiny city, decided that she wanted to get baptized! We helped her out with that. She's awesome though and is really growing fast! She already comes to church alone and basically the whole ward already knows who she is so helping her become part of the family was easy. We will also be having 2 baptisms this week for two people that have been investigating the church for 8 years! Bety and Ricardo are going to celebrate their birthdays this week as they end that and start their timer as members!
I ate octopus for the first time. tasted like chicken.
Not much happened this week because I was a little sick and then it took us 2 days to fill the font, then realize the font was broken, so we called the fire department like 20 minutes before the baptism and they got it nice and filled.
This week we were talking with Ricardo and he had some concerns about some things. He hates to be in confusion so he has no shame in asking. He asked us if he had to start every sexual relation with a prayer. My answer for the rest of my life will always be yes.
