THE DRUNKEN PLUNGE, MILAGROS April 8, 2019

Yes, I found cui. guinea pig

Friends and Family: how do you feel after hearing the words of the God through general conference!!!!! I hope you all received so much revelation and that everything just came into a beautiful place for you!

The drunken plunge. well this is one of the most interesting things I've seen on the mission. So we were walking up a hill (like always) when we saw someone calling to us from his roof. we have met the man before so we started walking over to him. then some kids told us that we shouldn't because he was drunk. so we ignored the man and talked to the kids about how we shouldn't drink of course. well after a while, the kids told us that the man does weird things when he is drunk. I turned around just in time to see him batman leap off the roof, land butt first on his neighbors open door, then fall to the ground. I ran up and checked him out a little and he had a HUGE gash on his butt cheek. We called the police and I helped him clean the gash and get him ready to go to the hospital. we used this experience to teach the kids that they shouldn't drink and I committed them to never drink a drop of alcohol in the rest of their lives. Score!

Yesterday we met again with Adriana, the lady that came up to us in the street and asked to learn more about God. She came to three sessions of conference with us and told us that she felt something during those three sessions. That she had moved to Guayaquil 5 years ago and went to school to start her career, but still felt like something was missing. Yesterday she told us that she thinks she has found was is missing in her life. She is being prepared for baptism on the 20th. I can't tell you how much I love the work. I have never felt a stronger spirit in all my life than I did when she shared that story with me.

In conference, Elder Uchtdorf shared something with me that changed my mission life and quite possibly the rest of my life. we aren't here to convince people of the truth. we are here to share what is in our hearts and trust in the Lord to work his miracles. family and Friends, that was an invitation to every person on this planet. Share what is in your heart. don't be afraid of your beliefs. Trust that the Lord will work his miracles. Bask in the joy of gathering scattered Israel.

I love you all and I challenge you all to pray! Pray to know of who You can share the gospel with. WHEN you receive the answer, follow it :) change their life :)

Until next week!
