FELIP IS YOUR DAD! December 24, 2018

OOOOOOOOO merry Christmas!!!!!

You know it's Christmas time when the missionaries start gaining weight! We have had 3 dinner appointments In the last 2 days. One more tonight. And then 2 tomorrow.... My belt is going to hate me!! I am super excited to get to know everyone better though and share the spirit. Then crawl to the next house to eat some more.

Woooooohoooooo we had three girls get dunked this week!!!! ¡sed bautizadas! Ah such a cool experience. They are a part member family and the only member is the mother who hasn't gone to church since she was like 18. All of the rest of her siblings are inactive as well. Her father and mother are the only active ones. We had a really special moment when the father drove 5 hours to come and baptize :)

We went to the temple as a mission in Orlando and man I love that place! Not much will ever beat walking into the celestial room and being greeted by your mission President. Such a special moment for me.

Elder Bailey showed me pictures of me when I first came out to the mission and pictures of now and pointed out the weight I have lost. And now is singing about how I'm going to gain it all back with all the meals we have hahaha!! What an awesome guy so happy to have a companion like him!

Speaking about having an interesting companionship, we made a song in Spanish that goes along to the tune of Jesus wants me for a sunbeam, about how we don't want to be a Jehovah's witness. It contains several heel clicks and majestic clamps. We only perform it late at night or in the apartment hahaha!!!

The main focus of the week was getting those girls baptized so that's about all I got for you this c hristmas day!

I do bare the sad news of the passing of my beloved sashi. I am comforted in the knowledge that in her last moments she was being hugged and loved by the family. But I know as her spirit went to the spirit world she was greeted by the best friend that I love so dearly. She is in The best of hands.

The Chappell was filled this week with glorious music for the special sacrament meeting! My favorite part was when one of the members got up and sang a song from the forgotten carols. It has been a family tradition each year to go and see that play together and when he sang it I just had so many good memories come back to me. Some lyrics stood out to me from the song though that I would love to leave you with!!

No matter it be in your world today
Or a crowded Bethlehem inn
Find a way
Make Him room
Let Him in

Friends and family, let Him in.

Merry Christmas!!!!!
