Friends and family we had an interesting week!
Out of nowhere we had a baptism! He came up to us and asked if he could be baptized Saturday but he had only been once to church. We called our president and got it all worked out and he said that it would be best if he got baptized last week! Wilson my man!!!!
We were teaching some new people on Friday and they said they had already been to church a few years ago! I was asking them a little more about how their experience was and one of the girls said "well I remember the refreshment that they gave us." I was like "oh yeah like after the class with all the young women!" she was like "no, during the big meeting, a bunch of boys came around with pieces of bread and water on trays, but it was basically nothing so I took four breads and two waters." I cried laughing hahaha!!! After that we explained a little bit better about the sacrament and she understood why I was laughing so hard. I seriously love the people here so much!!!
Kind of short but just know great things are happening here in Ecuador! Many are progressing and I love all of them. I'm having the time of my life!
