BINGO! June 3, 2019

Family and Friends I love you all so much!!!!!!

I had to go and sleep on a tile floor on Tuesday night so I could get to Guayaquil in time for the meeting with Elder Bednar, but we made it in time and honestly, it was one of the best meetings I've ever been a part of. He is such a powerful speaker. One of the most powerful things he taught us though is that more people have gained a testimony by putting the things into action than down on their knees praying for it! We also had an amazing Bingham high reunion at the meeting as Elder John Christensen and Elder Nick Daynes and I all got to see each other and catch up a little bit! Pictures down below!

I never thought in all my life that bingo would be so huge in this city. every. single. street. there is a huge group of people just playing bingo. They don't play for money though, they play for their weekly amount of rice.

Record amount of people I've seen on one single motorcycle so far in my mission: 7

One of the missionaries here turned 20 and the members threw a surprise party. They invited a clown without telling us. I actually cried laughing hahaha!

Today we played fuseball at a members house and then ate lunch there. They told me that when I get excited, my voice starts to get really really high. They then compared me to the really buff dude off of the movie Grown Ups who comes up to flirt with the ladies in the water park but his voice was so much higher than it seemed. But it doesn't end there because to prove her point, she then looked up youtube videos to show to everyone that it was spot on correct. I hate to say that it was spot on correct hahaha!!!!!

I love you all so much and I'm so happy to be a missionary!!!!! I'm so close to becoming a 20 year old. People here still think I'm 15. I'm sure you all think the same thing too!
